i think i am going to start a real strength training program. my eating has been all over the place, though i am still maintaining, but i know that i can be eating much better than i am (too many carbs and too much alcohol) so that's where i am at.

i was looking into trying to find a website just with calorie counting, since I am a bit tired of all the social junk on here, but for now I will keep using the nutrition tracker since I am familiar with it.
