After living in CA and HI, I am back in MD where I was when I got married 5 years and about 30 lbs ago. Some of the weight gain is due to having my first child 2 months ago. I am feeling good and am ready to drop the extra weight.

My program is a work in process. Right now I am trying to get back into running and am going to work hard on watching my food intake.

hey, don't feel bad. try the bike or swimming or something without the running.

i think i am going to start a real strength training program. my eating has been all over the place, though i am still maintaining, but i know that i can be eating much better than i am (too many carbs and too much alcohol) so that's where i am at.

even just walking with abby and sam is something, so don't get discouraged!

tracking again.

i was looking into trying to find a website just with calorie counting, since I am a bit tired of all the social junk on here, but for now I will keep using the nutrition tracker since I am familiar with it.

How are you doing?

gah so cute! emoticon (remember this emoticon? haha)

I tracked everything yesterday and met my goals emoticon

I have breakfast, lunch and snack already tracked for today...i just have to decide what I am going to make for dinner

Pounded out 4 miles on the treadmill with increasing speed (from 5.6 to 6.2) and did some planks after. Man was I sweaty!

I can't wait to see the little bugger emoticon
