Blessed for Success

I'm done trying to "accept" that this is what happens when we hit 30. I am a nurse and I am well aware of the health risks of obesity and I am rising up and saying "no more!" to the excess pounds and feeling sluggish and out of breath all the time...the journey begins!

My Goals:
1) Lose 90 lb by Nov 15/07

2) Develop a regular exercise routine with cardio and strength training

3) Develop a healthy eating pattern for my family and myself.

4) Begin running again once my ankle has fully healed (and it WILL heal)

My Program:
Currently I have been riding 30 mins on a stationary bike 4 times a week. I alternate between cardio/fat burning/and hills to keep it from getting boring.

I strength train on a circuit 3 times a week as well.

Personal Information:
Currently taking a break from work and enjoying my two teenaged boys. We homeschool and are involved in youth ministry as well.
