It's a new dawn, it's a new day, it's a new life for ME

I've been using Spark People many years now and I've done a good job! My highest was 139 lbs, which may not seem like a lot compared to some of the members on here but I'm only 5'1 tall so it sure did look like a lot.
I went down to 125 for a while and stayed there. I decided to keep going and worked my fanny off to get below 120 but I plateaued at 122 so for about 2 months I was going CRAZY! I finally broke through and now am down to 113 lbs. I've learned a lot and am looking forward to ...

My Goals:
I have a few fitness goals that need to be updated.
- I would like to get a smooth, flat stomach
- I would like to tone my back and arms
- I would like to climb to Ice House Sattle in Mt. Baldy

My Program:
I do cardio 4 to 6 days a week at least an hour each time. I've recently started doing P90X and also want to try Insanity. I love the strength I get from P90X.

Personal Information:
My name is Cristhiane. I'm 28 years old. With this site, I've learned so much and accomplished goals that I've not only had since I was 18, but that I never thought I'd accomplish. I've learned to eat healthy and learned to love working out, something I never thought I'd enjoy doing. I've gained discipline and become very health conscious. I hope this site does the same for everyone on here.

Other Information:
I work full time and go to school part time. I keep pretty busy but have managed to make time for working out. It's become second nature to me and I love it.

Thanks for checking in! I went back to work (as a teacher) last Friday, so thankfully I am on the final week of P90X. I agree: making a schedule that works is a key to success. Good luck!

I need to know how you've done it....I'm 5'1", and my all-time high was 169. When I started on Spark People I was at 142, and now I'm at 135 but I can't seem to get lower than that! I've been stuck here for about 6 weeks! I've increased my exercise, and now exercise no less than 5 days a week but usually its 6, and I'm staying in my calories. Any tips or tricks to get things moving?

I'm glad you agree with me on the diva thing! I find it so weird and more of a backhanded complement!

Also, thanks for your comment on my not telling anybody blog. Maybe I'll get to the point where I'll fill Brandon in completely...I guess this is not that time yet.
