I would STRONGLY recommend weight watchers. And don't do it online, actually go to the meetings. It's great accountability and they give you new tips every meeting. I go every thursday night, get weighed and stay for the meetings. I've learned so much from all those meetings. And if it's working for me, I'm sure it'll work for you too! They have weight watchers EVERYWHERE and it's soooo worth it!! I lose every single week that I go, I've never stayed the same or gained, and 11.6 pounds in 4 weeks is not that bad! It's actually really good! I wish you lived closer to me, we could be workout buddies and go to the weight watchers meetings together. This is the only thing that's ever helped me lose weight besides starving myself or purging after meals. So I'm even happier that I'm losing weight the healthy way!! Hey girl, how are ya?! Since I've joined weight watchers, I'm like a new person! No more binging and in one month I've lost 11.6 pounds! I'm so excited!! How's everything going with you? Any more progress? I stopped tracking my food and calories, and I just get on for messages and updating my weight. I don't count calories anymore, I count points and it's really helping me lose the weight! I finally found something that's working for me!

so now that you're eating more calories... are you exercising more? How are you losing weight? I could lose weight easily if I would just stop eating chinese and candy. Those are my two weaknesses. I LOVE swedish fish and in one bag is like 750 calories!! And then Chinese is over 1,000... it's crazy. So since weekends aren't good for me (usually) I'm going to start all over on Monday. I'm going to stay away from Chinese and candy. I haven't had veggies in over 2 weeks too! At least I'm realizing this... oh I know what I wanted to ask you-do you plan your meals BEFORE you eat them? I looked at your food log today and you already had all your meals on there. So do you record it and then eat it? I usually eat it and then record it. Maybe I should do the opposite. Anyway, I'm glad you're losing and you're almost in the 140's. That's awesome girl! Great accomplishment! Way to go! I'm proud of you!! One more question and then I'll finish my book. LOL Where are you from? Wish you lived in st. louis... we could exercise together. :(
