We have to get back into doing this. I am trying to figure out what else can be done to motivate us and get us going again. We can't sit around like duds and do nothing. We are women, amazingly strong women who deserve to be healthy and happy. Come on girl, lets do this. A pact, you and I. Get bak to the blog, tracking EVERYTHING including what we drink. Venting when we need to positive or negative, just getting it all out there. If we don't we become people who wallow in our own self-pity with minimal positives in our world. My point? Venting gets it off our chest. It allows us to release the things that we can't in our homes, thus allowing us to find ourselves and our motivation again. Come on girlie you only have 20 pounds, and you're getting married in a couple years. Let's do this, for us anf for our kids!
I can't believe I went without a computer, cell phone, and news for a whole week!. I traded them in for the mountains, mosquitoes, and fresh air. Of course when you hike, you lose the benefit of fresh veggies and fruit, and candy bars give you needed energy. At least I didn't gain any weight.
Time to get back into the regular routine and check on all my friends. I hope you had a good week with nutrition and fitness. Let me know how you are doing.
It is a beautiful sunny day here in Wyoming! I am headed up to my favorite napping place. I have been sleep deprived and over worked this weekend. I am gifting myself one whole weekend of rest and relaxation. The lifestyle changes have been ingrained into my head so I have no worries of overeating and drinking. I will be reading, napping and thanking God and my angels for the beauty of my wonderful life.

Good Morning Spark Friend, Just a quick note to let you know I am going to be gone for 3 days. I am nervous because this will be the first time since joining SPARK that I will be away from the security of my support system. I have lost 22 pounds in the last 4.5 months and have relied on this site to keep me honest. I have a plan in place and this is part of it. I want all my friends to know I will stay on track and NOT resort to previous bad habits. I have worked too hard to get this far. This weekend use to be the start or should I say the end of any "dieting" I did. I have promised myself I won't give in to the bad habits. Wish me luck!
