Here we go again! I am back and I am going to give it a whirl. There has been alot that has changed in my life since being on here. Marcos and I got married on 11/4/2012 and I have been on a cloud ever since. He is the best man I could ever ask for and everyday gets better and better with him.

I am about the same as I was when I was here before. I have not weighed myself in awhile but I know that I am about the same. I am really hoping to stick to it this time and not get frustrated because I do not see results.

Ok I have lost 25lbs and this is the place that I always to seem to hit a rut at. It is like my body decides that is enough and doesn't want to move more. I am determined to break it this time. I have noticed several changes and I am feeling pretty good so I would like this to continue.

Hi I am 37 and I am the mother of 3. I was married for almost 20 years and now am recently divorced (my choice). I feel that I have used my weight as a cover all my life. I am an emotional eater. I eat when I am happy, sad, bored ect. I have tried in the past to lose weight but I was not really ready. My divorce was final in Feb. and you would not believe the changes that this has made inside me. I feel like I am finally finding myself. I woke up one morning and said to myself that I am NOW READY to lose this weight. It is funny because I wasn't even thinking about it...it was just a feeling that came across me that said this is the time.
I hope that I find alot of new friends on this site...

My Program:
Fill my diet with lots of fruits and veggies.
I have eliminated all soda, rice, potatoes and most bread.
No food is really off limits if I really want it I just need to make sure I use good sense.

I am making sure that I move move move. I really do not have an exercise plan per say but I try to make life my exercise. I fill my day with WORK and it burns alot of calories. I feel that by doing this my body will never fall into a rut and I will always be using different muscles.

Not at all! I stole it for my blog, I hope you don't mind.

I can definitely see both sides of the situation. It is interesting to see everyone's thoughts on it.

I see by your status that you're confused. What's up? Anything I can help ya with?

No probs :) Didn't realise it would be such an emotive subject - I mean it's not like we don't get discriminated against every day of our lives, just buying clothes and shoes that are wide enough can be a marathon.

I don't like gyms anyway - they are unnatural and imho nothing beats a good walk up a long hill whilst waiving your arms with a weight in each hand emoticon
