We Live the Spark...We ARE the Spark!
I am a music teacher in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia and I love to sing, walk, travel, and eat. I sing semi-professionally in a comedy quartet, and I direct a men's chorus that has performed three times at the White House. I have been a member of Sparkpeople since March 2009, and I have learned that we are a Community of friends with like goals and desires, and to meet those goals, we need to live the Spark, and be the Spark to each other, to support and share with our Spark ...

My Goals:
My goals are to lose weight..down to 200, and get my BP and Cholesterol where they should be.
My Program:
I am currently trying to drink 64 oz. of water a day and cut back on caffeine. as well as watching my daily intake of carbs.
Personal Information:
I live in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, I am 54, and am married with three grown children.
Other Information:
I enjoy all kinds of music, from opera to barbershop singing. My favorite film is "The Quiet Man" with John Wayne, and I love all things Irish.
