Hubby and I smooching in the water at Tulum 6/09. You can't tell by the pic, but that's a two piece!

Ready to start again!

I've been off of SP for a while now and let me tell you... this program works. When you stick to it! I told myself too many times that Spark Guy won't know I snuck that pizza and frozen yogurt is okay to have for dinner. Now I'm trying to lose the 23 pounds I gained back with that kind of thinking.

My Goals:
I had surgery and need to get my butt back in gear. I'm more focused on eating right and getting in shape more than losing weight this time!

My Program:
Martial arts 2x a week, walking every day, and eating right!

Personal Information:
I am 34, happily married, and have two boys, 14 and 10. We do martial arts together, which I think is pretty cool. I dislike fast food with a passion, but I'm a sucker for a good pizza or burrito.

Yes, it is a TTES singlet. I loved the experience. My mom is my stroke hero. She has been through so much. I always tell people I could never have done it without her inspiration. Whenever I hit a wall (and there are lots) I would think of her at dialysis or in surgery, and suddenly the aches became bearable. Thank you so much for noticing it made a good day even brighter!

Thank you so much for your comment! It was definitely one of those nights where I came back to my room feeling anything but confident, and just having a message like that to read felt great :) The weight thing is hard, because even now, at about 5 lbs over the top range of a healthy BMI, people around me will make fun of me for trying to lose weight, or not take it seriously, or sometimes even try to make me eat things that I know are bad for me... that's so awful to deal with :/Seriously though, thanks again! I really needed that type of message tonight!
