Working my way to the best me I can be :o)

I was a college student in Tallahassee and moved to Orlando May 1st. I'm tired of getting dressed in the morning and having it take forever because I don't like how anything looks. Iit'd be nice to be back where I used to be; at my best. I've tried in the past, but never found enough motivation to stick with it. Hopefully with the help of this program I'll actually reach my goal....or at least come close :o) It'd be nice to go home and see old friends and have them be surprised when they see ...

My Goals:
**I have several health problems and I'm hoping that maybe if I lose the extra weight it'll help ease some of the problems.

**to be more comfortable in my own skin, I look in the mirror and I'm still surprised at just how much weight I've gained the past 5 yrs.

** to prove that I can accomplish things that are tough. I look forward to that :o)

**wear the gorgeous yellow dress that im wearing in the bottom pic on this page again for graduation summer 2012. hopefully before then too!! maybe even look better in it then i did then...more toned arms/butt/calves/thighs etc :o)

My Program:
**I'm watching what I eat, lowering my calorie intake. As long as I eat healthy low cal food I have no problem with only eating 1200 cals a day. I haven't really thought about what I was eating the past few years and was shocked today when I wasn't as careful and ate like I had been...never again.

**Im also working out. With my health problems I haven't been working out at all the past few yrs. I'm trying to burn at least 220cals everyday and strength train 3 times a week.

** Id also like to add a yoga class or possibly other active activities if i can find some.

**going to try and go for some long hikes thru natl parks or wildlife refuges etc, spend some time surrounded by nature :o) i love doing that, hopefully i can find someone to come with me (for safety and its more enjoyable to share the experience i think with someone)

**I'm originally from Satellite Beach FL.

**I've been in college in Tallahassee at FSU for 4 yrs and TCC the past yr.

**Moved to Orlando. Got a part time job working at Disney's Yacht Club resort. Applying for Valencias Diagnostic Sonography program for Aug 2011 :o)

Other Information:
I love going out on the water to canoe or kayak (I used to row in crew in highschool), but its more fun to go with a friend, safer also. If someones interested in joining me out on the water (no idea where and i dont have boats tho) let me know lol.
