1st Short Term Goal was to break the 300 mark and be at 299 by April 11, 2007. Did that on March 31st.
BEEN HERE AND DONE THIS!!! WOOHOO!!

>NEXT SHORT TERM GOAL.
To be at 284 pounds by May 21st. That will be my 50 pound loss mark.

(I will be adding another short term goal as soon!)

Although my ultimate goal is 224, I told my wife if I decide to go on and reach 200 pounds I would reward myself with a new Harley. C'MONNNNNN WEIGHTLOSS!!!

My Program:
My weight loss so far has just consisted of being more concious of what I eat and better portion sizes. Along with that I have ben rowing and working out on my Gazelle which I enjoy. I had knee surgery twice and this has been low impact on the knees. Also part of my weight loss program is to drink AT LEAST 8 glasses of water a day and lay off the soda (plain or diet) and any alcohol except for an occassional glass of vino. Less pizza, less beer, less chocolate, and definately less "fast food". NO..... I don't want it "Supersized" I DID THAT MYSELF ALREADY. NOW I WILL "UNDO" IT!

Personal Information:
GO BUCKS!!!!!!

GO TRIBE!!!!!!!!!

GO BROWNS!!

Other Information:
Favorite Books I've read recently.
"Stop Digging Your Grave With a Knife and Fork" by Gov. Mike Huckabee of Ark.
I read this one twice and highlighted items the second time I read it. Great advice in this book.

Crete-I'm still rowing every day. My new goal for 2010 is to row 10,000 meters a day. I slacked off at the first half of last year, but now I'm recommitted and enjoying it more than ever. I hope that you are doing well.

Thanks for your encouragement! I just rowed my second 1/2 Marathon tonight and I'm on track for my million meters by the end of the month. You are making awesome progress with your fat burning too. I'll see you at the C.R.A.S.H.-B'S next year.

Hi Crete,

Congrats on losing the big 30 ... a great big Spark Woo Hoo!!!!! You are doing this ... You have a little more to lose than I did to get to your goal, but then I presume you are MUCH taller ... LOL ... I turned 50 last year and didn't think I could do this when I started either ... but what a great example to your children ... and MUCH easier when riding that bike ... I know that I feel a lot better on the back of hubbie's bike in a size 6 leather than I did in a size 18 ... and I sure am a lot more graceful getting on and off ... LOL ... I'll be waving you on at the finish line ...
