Well the w/e is winding down and I hope yours was a good one. You mentioned you were concerned about eating the wrong foods sometimes. I know this is the biggest difficulty for most of us. What I have learned is to keep busy doing something that I enjoy doing, that way I am far less tempted to eat, especially when it is not time to eat. I also found that by drinking a lot of fluids helps out a lot also. (I like ice tea, water, and I have one cup of coffee in the mornings) We can do this. 2439 days ago
Hello there, Just heard that we are paired together as team mates. Isn't that great? I don't know about you, but my biggest problem will be to remain true to my food plan during the evening hours. My plan to overcome temption during the evening hours is to make myself busy. Being busy is good, and keeps me out of trouble. What about you?
