My Goals:
I'm currently 25 lbs away from my goal weight. I'm proud to say I lost 10 lbs in my first month and a half of using SparkPeople consistently. Woohoo!



My Program:
Exercise at least 90 minutes per week (cardio)
Plus 3 sessions of weight training exercise per week.

Eat 1200-1550 calories a day.

Drink at least 64 oz of water a day.

Talk to supportive friends and family members.

Love myself and HAVE FUN!

Personal Information:
28 year old RN who works 12 hour night shifts in a large hospital, living with a prospective medical school student, and mothering 2 cats.
