Looks like you have a start. That is all it takes. = calories vs calories . Mostly we encourage food and exercise tracking so we are accountable to ourselves. SP makes those things so easy. The mindfulness is so important for us to see what we are doing now. You have to notice, accept and then change what you want to. Best of everything to you. We are all here for you. This community part keeps you from thinking you are alone. If you are up in the middle of the night thinking about eating, you can post on the panic message board and someone is there, likely to answer you in a couple minutes.
