I had my 4th and final child 4 years ago. I'm ready to get back into shape and tone-up. I really do love most healthy foods and find it pretty easy to eat good. I am low-carb right now for insulin-resistance (PCOS) reasons. Just started going paleo and love it so far!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose at least 50lbs, get back into my size 6 jeans, and look good in a tank top again. I wanna feel confident as a 27 year old mother of 4.

My Program:
I eat really good most of the time and I just started going to the YMCA. I like to jog 1 mile and do the elliptical or AMT machine. I am working on upper body strength training as well. I just started interval training and it makes a HUGE difference!

Personal Information:
I live in Idaho and it's fluctuating weather right now. I have 4 kiddos, and we are done adding to our family. I want to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight, anywhere under 135 and toned-up is good to me.

Hello, Hello!! I empathize with PCOS issues - while the doctor said my hormone levels were "normal", I just don't see how that's possible. I struggle with all the classic symptoms of PCOS, and have ever since puberty. Oh well... the low carb Primal style is doing me good, and I hope to kick these issues to the curb!

First off I'd like to say its nice to see someone else with PCOS it sucks but I thought I was the only one with it.

Second off Yes I love the pills. They keep me from compulsively eating and I have energy all day!

Don't take two at a time when you first start! I had my heart skipping beats it was a mess. I cut it down to one a day and it helps all day. Also don't have any kind of caffeine with it and drink tons of water!

I think I'm addicted to sparkpeople! :) Thanks again!! I walked/jogged for 20 min yesterday and then did a 10 min cardio on here. I did a 10 min jump rope cardio tonight and then some strength training and plan on jogging again tomorrow. I've also been counting calories...wow, I eat a lot. Or I used to eat a lot; trying to cut back! I feel better already, though. How are you feeling? I saw that Nathan made dinner so you could rest. That's great! How was it? Any pain? I've got to grade papers; I've wasted so much time browsing this website. Good night! Maybe we can im on facebook tomorrow. :)
