I aim to trick myself into burning as many calories as possible! I enjoy swimming and found it gives a nice kickstart to my day and starts me off in the right direction of my calorie burning goals. I am looking forward to fitting into my favorite pair of jeans again!

My Goals:
Get slim, look good and fit into my favorite pair of jeans!

Be able to wear a bikini more confidently.

Get back to the weight I feel most comfortable at.

My Program:
To burn as many calories as possible in the quickest time!

Swim once a day for at least an hour.

Eat fewer calories but more frequently with healthy snacks.

Use smaller plates and eat less. You can always add more later!

Do killer cardio videos, particularly Jillian's evil Burn Fat video!

Practice random acts of fitness throughout the day.

Take the stairs instead of the elevator.

Limit rice, potatoes,white flour, fatty meats, cheese, bread, butter, and olive oil.

Eat more salads, lean eggs, bright colorful vegetables, summer fruits, and soups.

I love to travel and enjoy photography!

I am a sucker for any animal with a cute furry face!

Originally from Seattle, Washington and lived in California and the Virgin Islands.

I enjoy being outside in the sunshine, on the water and up in the mountains.



Other Information:
I like watching movies with action and cool special effects!

I know that I am not going to starve if I eat less. My body already has enough food stored!

Life is too short not to live it!
