My Program:
I've learned that I feel my best and achieve the most weight loss when I am meticulous and focused. As much as I'd love to say, "Oh, I just pick healthy food and stay active", that works for a healthy lifestyle but for a goal of losing weight, I have to measure, track, and stick with a routine.

So here's (generally) what I do:

- try to plan meals ahead as much as possible
- measure out all of my portions and log it in using the "MyFitnessPal" app on my Droid
- Wear my BodyBugg to track calories out
- Exercise varies between running on the treadmill, doing p90x or Insanity DVDs, and general activities with the BF (we love to hike with our dogs)

Personal Information:
- I'm 26 years old.
- I am self-employed as a Licensed Massage Therapist and an Artist
- I'm completely blessed to have a great, supportive family
- I'm madly in love with a wonderful guy!

Tired of being in the "I let myself go" phase...Time to get myself back!

Hey Megan! I'll admit I cleaned out my friends at one point when I made my page private, so you're back in now ;)

Things are okay on my end - I gained some weight over Christmas and haven't figured out how to get rid of it while still eating way too much ;)

Anyway you should totally steal the blog idea - tons of my friends are doing it! Glad you are back again and see ya around!
