12/6/2011 OMG I am almost there! A study on getting real and thinking about what you want and getting to what you want! I know it took me awhile and I still have an itty bit to go, but I now feel like it is done! I have re-learned... not food but how to take care of myself ! Thank you Spark People! I love what you helped me to do!

So here I am at 150lb, my goal is 135lb. I have 15lb's to go. I was looking at my home records. Maaan I had gotton down to 145lb, and have gone up to 156lb in the last year. We all make mistakes, we can go backwards and still go forward. I choose to keep on with going forward! Me, Myself and I make this journey.
I keep this in my mind. I can do it! So can you!

Walk, I am now working towards walking faster, goal to reach the 15 min mile! 2 miles a day or more!

8-10-09 did that!
9-9-09 I can now do a mile in 12min, might as well be running.LOL

I am a DIY kind of person. I have worked and love the hardware industry. I am also a bath and kitchen designer.








Other Information:
I love to read, I faux paint, mosaic, daydream, ice skate and ride bikes! Fish and Gardening!

Hi Amy,
Thanks for the sparkgoodie, and for the message you had left. I never looked to see anyone elses activity/fitness minutes, but I will probably start looking now. Increasing my cardio workouts and just spending more time at the gym is a pretty big focus for me right now;and I feel confident that it will continue. I think taking a look at others fitness minutes is a great way to push ourselves. Hope all is well!! --Mike

Hi Amy,

Looks like you're doing really good and staying focused. I have allowed my old bad habits to set back in - my husband and I have recommitted to working out together and have done so the past 3 evenings. Last night wasn't as long as it should have been, but I'm going to get on my wii fit this morning too.

I'm not sure if I have time to get involved on the message board. I just switched real estate offices again, we are with Re/Max now.

I'm going to try to at least use the fitness tracker. It sure helps to be able to see the progress..... and progress, I will see.
