Hi Amy, Thanks for the sparkgoodie, and for the message you had left. I never looked to see anyone elses activity/fitness minutes, but I will probably start looking now. Increasing my cardio workouts and just spending more time at the gym is a pretty big focus for me right now;and I feel confident that it will continue. Looks like you're doing really good and staying focused. I have allowed my old bad habits to set back in - my husband and I have recommitted to working out together and have done so the past 3 evenings. Last night wasn't as long as it should have been, but I'm going to get on my wii fit this morning too.
I'm not sure if I have time to get involved on the message board. I just switched real estate offices again, we are with Re/Max now.
I'm going to try to at least use the fitness tracker. It sure helps to be able to see the progress..... and progress, I will see.
