I'm tired of losing and regaining the same amount of weight or ( more) ugh! I need to make permanent changes that include daily excercise and having a better handle on my food plans for the week! I'm really enjoying this site, it is a wealth of information and it's free, I can't believe it!

My Goals:
I would be happy to lose 1-2 lbs a week, while finding more ways to incorporate excercise into my daily life. Iam approaching my first 10 lb goal... a pedicure!
The next a night out with friends.
The next a daytrip on the motorcycle.
The next out of town to go wine tasting.
The next, out of town to stay in a B & B.
The next a trip to Monterey for siteseeing, aquarium and fresh seafood! I can smell the ocean air now!

My Program:
I recently had surgery, a major one, and I am still recovering. I am not lying in bed recovering anymore. I am getting up and going to the gym almost everyday! I shoot for 5 days a week, but sometimes I go 6! Also I still go in the therapy pool to relax my muscles and work them out in a gentler way.

Personal Information:
I'm from Nevada, not originally, but I have lived here for more than 30 yrs, ugh...I do love it here but really miss the ocean, anytime I get the chance to see it or be in it I want to!!!! I have had cancer, several years ago and more surgeries than I would like to admit, but I'm still here, God is not done with me yet!!!

Thanks for the comment on my blog. I think you can Zumba no matter what. You are in charge of your range of motion and that's what I like best about it.
