I'm a writer and a college graduate. I spend my free time reading, writing, playing video games.

My Goals:
Big Goals

1) Be Maintaining 130 by April 7th 2018

2) Be 150 Pounds by May 01st 2017

3) Be able to walk 10,000 steps everyday by October 30th 2016

4) Eat only home cooked meals by May 15th 2016

5) Buy clothes that are smaller than the ones I currently have by December 6th 2016

6) Get 8 hours of sleep everyday

7) Strength train two times a week by August 12th 2016

8) Create reasons to
be healthy and active.



Mini Goals

1) Lose a pound a week

2) Do 60 minutes of exercise everyday

3) Watch portion sizes and stay inside calorie range

4) Cook one meal a day.

5) Walk at least 2500 steps everyday

6) Strength Train once a week

7) Use pinterest for motivation and visualization

8) weekly weigh in and measurements.


My Program:
Track Calories everyday

60 minutes of exercise everyday

Go for at least one walk everyday

Join my boyfriend in the gym 1-2 times a week

Reflect on my day via blog everyday

Use visuals to track my progress and motivate myself.

Use family and friends, and fellow sparkers, for accoutability, support, motivation and to do the same for them.

Thanks for your comment on my blog, Tourist Season. Yes, I think I have CHOSEN to look on the bright side of things.... one thing is sure: It's a choice! I might as well look for things to be grateful about, and it will save a lot of aggravation in the long run!

Hey thanks for the support on my blog, I'm going to keep going with the exercise and rest when needed!

Green juice is just homemade veggie juice made with predominantly greens. My own personal recipe is 2 punnets of spinach, cucumber, ginger, lemon, pineapple and some wheatgrass. There are a tonne of recipes out there as there are so many variations on it. Main thing is it turns out green lol!
