My Goals:
Goals
Shorterm goal - follow SP program for 1 month before measuring myself again.

Track my food daily.

Visit Sparkpages daily for extra motivation. (Looking at people who have been where I am and are now at their goal weight inspires me to work out and believe I can be thin again.)

Long term Goal- CHANGE MY LIFESTYLE! I'm committed to losing 2 pounds/week and reach my goal of 120 by Jan-May of 2012.



My Program:
Follow the SP program. Allow myself 1 meal per week (dining out, or family event) where I have a little treat for myself.
Exercise 4x a week.
Read/view motivating stories daily.

Hiya girlie :) How are you?! I am doing well here. Got one of my children's birthdays out of the way and now I have two more to go! :)

Keep just trying to plug along and not get too discouraged when I fall a little bit. Hope you are well!

Hey you! How are you??/ Looks to me like you are doing AWESOME. WOOOHOOO!!! You should feel so good and proud of yourself :)

I am alright. I didn't do anything for 5 days cause I was super busy...no walking....no tracking, etc. etc. But I weighed today and I am the same as last week, so I am glad and not even worried at all!! I got in 5.4 miles yesterday...walked at lunch and then after work...just feel great!

I hope you are well. Thanks for the encouragement!!!
