Track all food and water using My Fitness Pal

Cut all sweets from diet, watch the sugar content in everything I buy.

Burn 600 calories a day, five days a week until it's time for marathon training again.



My Program:
Nutrition: Gluten Free.

Fitness: Follow the marathon training schedule and strength train.

Other Information:
