I'm in my mid twenties and have dealt with obesity for my whole life. After hitting a all-time high weight of over 250 pounds I decided I needed to get serious about becoming healthier and losing weight. I'm working on getting to a goal weight of 145 pounds, but currently my goal is to get under 200 pounds, which I haven't done in over 4 years. My Goals:
I want to be healthier which means more to mean than just losing weight.

My Program:
Starting slow with healthier eating and adding more exercise to my daily life.

Personal Information:
I'm from Erie, PA which makes exercising a little harder since I've got to do it indoors for about half the year. I just recently turned 24 and I figure it's about time I start growing up and acting (and eating) like an adult.

Other Information:
I'm a big movie fan. I'm hoping maybe I can incorporate that to help motivate me.
