    OH YES. That is why I do NOT weigh in daily. At most twice a week. At MOST. Usually I try for just once. And ALWAYS at the same time of the day, before eating, naked! Haha. My body will flux more than 5 pounds in a day (from wheN I wake up to when I go to bed). I can NOT weigh in during the day or I feel devastated.
    Thats one thing I'd definitely recommend: not weighing in daily. I believe it hinders weight loss.

    As far as what I'm doing: about 90% nutrition. My biggest thing is snacking as well. Ohhhhh I love chocolate (to a very unhealthy degree). So, I schedule out my meals a week in advance (usually ALL of them, including snacks) and stick to it as close as possible. Sure, things come up, but I'm generally on the right track.

    I stink with fitness. I've really got to work on that :/

    Hello! Sorry it took me so many days to respond: of course we can be friends! :) And Welcome to SparkPeople! Greatest website I've ever found (okay, maybe I love pinterest more, but its not as helpful as spark friends are!)

    Your goal weight is -65 lbs, and mine is 55 (as of last weigh in). I say we go pound for pound and kick some booty! (Be warned, my next weigh in is goin g to be awesome! :))

    After Day 1 I am feeling pretty good. The only part I had to take a breather on was the cardio of Circuit One. I got a charlie horse in my leg! I am excited to try Day 2 today, though I anticipate it being harder than yesterday.

    As for the Weight Model, I did the following:

    Steps to create model:
    1) Enter all the relevant information, starting with weight.
    2) Save image to “my photos”
    3) Then update with current weight.
    4) Save image to “my photos”
    5) Then update with goal weight
    6) Save image to “my photos”
    7) Open paint and paste photos in

    Steps in paint:
    1) Go under “EDIT” in the tool bar and go down to “paste from”, pull up the first picture.
    2) Leave the picture in the top, left hand corner
    3) Repeat #1
    4) Pull this picture off your first one
    5) Repeat #1 & #4
    6) Adjust your mat by dragging the bottom, right corner up toward your pictures
    7) Save as “pick name” into your pictures folder.
