HI! As of today Monday 25/8/08 I am starting a 30 day Challenge.
These are my goals for the next 30 days

1. Track my food intake (this i do in my diary)

2. Strenth train twice a week (monday and wednesday)

3. Cardio twice a week (wednesday and thursday)

4. Walk to work / 30 mins daily

5. No wine Mon-Thurs, twice a week only Friday, Saturday or Sunday (my biggest weakness eek!!)

Oh honey... I have been there and done that. I smoked for 4 years and have been off it for 2... and STILL struggle, especially in stressful times. It takes a lot to kick that habit. Good luck!

Well, if you check out my pictures, I have a dress that I am DYING to wear. Instead of waiting to buy it (in fear of it going away) I bought it... in a 4. I *think* I will be able to fit into it comfortably by my mid point.

Also, for every goal that's met, I take myself to get my hair done (hence the new do), nails done, pedicure, etc. Something of that nature.

What about you?
