My Goals:

To feel proud of myself again. To be able to be comfortable in my own skin and laugh at my self.

My Program:
Manage my time well and plan ahead. This is where I easily go off track if I don't.

Eat a healthy balanced diet and track it.

Exercise, start off slow so I don't end up quitting and progress ahead.

Make time for me and not feel guilty about it.

Other Information:
My top picture is pure motivation for me. I was very successful in weight loss after having my son, but I fell off the wagon BIG time.

Thanks, I love those socks!! I smile everytime I wear those.

If you really want to know, I volunteered at a camp for individuals with special needs and I rocked those socks with a tutu and a 70s hat for a special dress-up meal.

You have a sweet family. It's is good that you and your DH are both supportive of each other. I can't tell you how much my DH has helped me and how much I appreciate it since my gastric bypass surgery this week. I know yours appreciates you so much.
