My top weight has been 168 and am down to 204 and stayed in the 204 - 208 range for 8+ month. I joined this to track calories to get past under the 200 mark. My job has me behind a computer all day. One week a month I have a month end to keep on track so I cannot get away till after 8:00. This make it hard to work out one week a month. Do still work out after 8:00 though.

Hey Craigma, I saw your comment on my blog. Believe me I really would sleep earlier if I could just fall asleep!Your right about those veggies though that's pretty much the option I have left if it's a slightly higher calorie day. emoticon
