I finally decided to just try to make smarter decision each goal and make it a lifestyle change. I'm sicknifnobsessing over points and calories. If I'm eat eggs for breakfast rather then Dunkin donuts I'll losse weight.
I did weight watchers like ten years ago and lost 50lbs but then after two years gained it back and another 50. I've been "trying " yo loose weight for 8 years but mostly trying to follow a sacrifice diet and nothing has worked for me.
Yeah I think so many people go through their ups and downs and leave and come back. One thing I think that will finally work for me is just truly trying to eat better every meal. Not following anything specific.
