Gonna Do It This Time!

I recently retired from a 30-year career in Education, during which I was a teacher, principal, and online instructor. It is so good to have more time to enjoy my two grandchildren, and to pursue my interest in digital photography. I also enjoy reading, gardening, and needlework.

My Goals:
I've recently lost 26 lbs on WW, but need something else to keep the momentum going. To help with this, I've also joined Curves Smart. I am hoping that the tracking system in this program will keep me better informed about the foods I eat, rather than just telling me how many points each is worth.

My Program:
Tracking carefully, watching portion control, and continuing with working out at Curves at least 4-5 times a week.

Personal Information:
I was born and raised in Baltimore, and continue to live in MD.

I'd love to lose all the weight in a week...but that isn't going to happen! I'm hoping the slow pace will make for permanent changes! That's the plan anyway lol.
