I was always the skinny girl in school. Never thought I would struggle with weight like I do, but someone forgot to tell me that once you hit your 20s and you are not in school sports, your metabolism will slow down. As a result I have struggled with my weight for the better part of my adult life. Having 3 babies just added to my weight loss struggle. About 3 years ago I was able to get some weight off (about 30 lbs) but I got pregnant soon after. After my son was born I felt incredibly frustrated and have tried many different approaches to losing the weight again. I can't even count how many times I have lost and gained back 10 lbs.

This year I am more determined than ever. I turn 35 this year and I really want to reach my goals and not be consumed about my weight any longer.

My Goals:
I have a number in my head that I think sounds good, but more than a number on the scale, my real goal is to get rid of my "muffin top!"

I have the most stubborn belly fat on the planet and I want to see it GONE!

My Program:
Although I will be tracking my food in take, I plan to focus mainly on burning calories through cardio exercises at the gym. I have also included weight training into the mix and hope to see some significant results by this summer.

Location: Beautiful Pacific Northwest

Kids: 1 girl, 2 boys

Pets: Cat, Harley and a fish, coral

Husband: I am married to my college sweetheart

Occupation: I am a SAHM with a background in Graphic Design and Journalism

Hobbies: Photography, Scrapbooking, Stamping... almost anything crafty.

I also love to entertain, and cook for my friends and family (which is another reason why it's hard to lose weight).

Hello to a fellow Oregonian, I am in Klamath Falls. So much of what you wrote on your intro is like my situation. I never even thought about how to stay skinny when I was skinny... now I have to work so hard at it! Keep up the good work.
