My Journey To A Heathier Me

This is my journey to a healthier me. I lost 135 pounds and then put 60 back on. How did I do this? Easy I stopped paying attention. Being healthy is a lifestyle change. Once you get in the habit it's not really hard. So this is my journey.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose weight and this time to keep it off for a lifetime. I'm tired of being overweight, and tired of being tired.

My Program:
To eat properly and to exercise. These are not really hard things to do. But we just get in a rut and tell ourselves that we don't have the time. We do. After all it's a lifestyle change

Personal Information:
Married. Work for food service in the Kern High School District as a supervisor at Centinnel High.
Been overweight most of my adult life. I like to do crafts of all kinds, like to read mysteries and murder/mayhem.

Other Information:
I'm going to use this website to help me on my journey. It only takes a few minutes a day to update. And it can give me a better idea of what my calorie intake is. And I will be more likely to do my walking etc. if I am inputting here.

I want to thank you for always being ready to encourage, support, laugh, or cry with me. You really make it easier to face the scales... I don't think you will ever know how much you mean to me and that when I had a "bad week" you made me feel like I shouldn't give up! I want to do that for you... You give so much support to all of us at TOPS I want to give you some of that in return! Have a great week and I'll see you on Saturday : )

I had to comment on your picture, caption a slimmer face. One of the first things I noticed losing weight was a thinner face and how my hat no longer fit. I didn't realize was such a "fat head"

Hey Girl! Thanks for the kind words on my sparkpage. I am feeling better...And I think my outlook is more positive and overall I'm a happier person. You know my struggles better than anyone when it came to the scales : ) BUT I do believe for the first time in a long time that I will reach my goal.
