I am a wife and mother of three children; a 10 years old daughter, a 6 years old son and a 3 year old son. I knit, crochet,sewing, paint and play music for fun. I exercise to keep up with my kids and to keep depression at bay. No meds for over two years!

I just want to keep moving to be healthy. As long as I keep moving, the rest will take care of themselves.

How is that scale battle going? Has it moved any for you this week? I hope that you are doing well and it is reflecting the effort you are putting in. I haven't been on the scale. I really don't know if I dare to, considering how bad I have been. Time to change that though! :)

Thanks for stopping and offering the luck...I am going to use it all up, I think! lol I know I can do it. I don't know why I am stressing it, honestly. I guess it is just the organizational aspect of it that makes it more intimidating than just getting out on the road locally. :)

Well welcome back to the team! I don't understand why it listed you as a member and then sent me an email that we had a new member! lol Either way, it is nice to see you on there again, as well as up and working! I wish you the best of luck this month!

Oh, I did want to let you know that you actually posted your goals for this week on the thread with last week's dates. :) While you don't have to move it, as it is a personal challenge, having it on the right thread will make it easier for everyone to keep up with your successes or when you need encouragement.

I hope you are looking at a great week ahead of you and that you are able to stay true to your goals!!
