What's Food Got To Do With It?

Everything! because I am a chef and healthy cooking instructor.

This year I started my own food company. As a small business owner, I've been working 60+ hours a week and now I want to make sure I take good care of myself and lose 10 more pounds so that I look like that grad picture for my daughter's wedding reception in February 2012.

On my small frame and at my age, 15 pounds is a serious game changer!

My Goals:
To lose 10 more pounds---I've lost 5 already but that was really slow!

My Program:
Walking every day, even days when I'm in the kitchen.

Tasting, but not swallowing food while working in the kitchen.

Eating 4 oz protein and 4 oz of green vegetables every 4 hours.

Personal Information:
I am a Buddhist and I strive to create value in all my activities by making a fresh start every day and by appreciating everything that happens with faith that it's all for my own transformation.
