To feel good! I want to be able to get out of bed in the morning, play with my kids, do some school and feel "normal". Getting to my goal weight would be a nice bonus
uh... I thought this *was* the program?! lol Okay well my plan is to stick to routine bed times so I can hopefully wake up at a decent hour. Spend 30min outside with my kids everyday. Get a balanced diet, I tend to eat mostly proteins and carbs.
Wow! Six kids and homeschool...I feel not only inspired, but ashamed! I have only 3, and don't homeschool. I have wanted to be a doula and midwife for years, and didn't think I could do it with the kids....obviously I was wrong. I am proud of you, as you definately should be of yourself! HI! How's it going working towards these new goals? Have you been sticking to an earlier bedtime? That's a tough one for me too! The early-to-bed and early-to-rise routine is hard for a natural night-owl like me!
WOW 6! Amazing - how do you do it? You are a student and homeschooling your children. I am impressed. I saw your comment on the Christlike sahm team and well I don't know how you do what you do - let alone find time for anything else. I'd say pray all day though. I am often amazed at the patience God provides and He will help you find the time you need to read scripture. God Bless Katie
Being able to look as beautiful as you do in your profile pic even once is a major accomplishment with six children, as far as I'm concerned. It's a very flattering photo and I would be happy to see that face in the mirror. Best of luck in reaching your goals!
