This is my one wild and precious life!

★ At the moment of commitment, the universe conspires to assist you.

★ Success seems to be connected with action. Successful people keep moving. They make mistakes, but they don't quit.

★ Remorse is the poison of life. ~ Charlotte Brönte

★ While wishing and hoping makes you a dreamer, acting and doing makes you someone who can turn dreams into reality.

★ Clear eyes, full heart, can't lose!

★ Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. ~ Steve Jobs

"Making changes in your life is never an easy task. The key, however, is not to get caught up in the distance you have to go to get to where you want to be. Nor should you despair over the amount of control you have over your circumstances. Progress is made in the small, intentional steps, and chances are, you have more power than you think. By focusing on little steps you can take every day, the progress you make will motivate you to continue your journey, and eventually, you can go wherever you want to go. The important thing is simply to begin."

Yes , i am not much of a person like to be told what to do either, and alot of exercise are unable to do at times with flare ups of my Fibromylagia. It would be nice if it was motivational base, or even a nutritional aspect, or just blogging about something.

emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
