I just love this place

I do. I have been coming here since March and have made some great improvements in my life. Not just with changing the way I eat but also a change in my attitude towards myself and life. Of course its always a feel good when you loose ten pounds but I have learned so much reading articles and have so much fun doing the trivia daily. Also, all the great people here has been a huge help. So many people are such an inspiration to keep going and stay focused. My progress is slow but its still ...

The number one reason most people dont start what they want to start is because they think thier simple little efforts wont even dent the mountain they wish to move. But litle do they know, thats exactly how the mountain was formed.

Like you, I don't want to do another "fad" like thing- I want to do this by eating healthy and getting my exercise thing going... good wishes on doing it your way. Sharon
