Just Me and loving it!

I love Jesus which is most important. I am a wife and mom which is a joy and a privilege. Health for me has been a challenge for years but I will not settle for defeat. I believe the race is not given to the swift nor to the strong but to the one that endures to the end. So I am starting my faith walk today!

Plan this week: 4 mini meals 2 snacks, 8 glasses of water, 1 vitamin 4 runs, 2 strength training sessions and 7 hours of sleep.

Personal Information:
I've always had a passion for fitness. I have always been conscious of my body and I love working out, my problem is consistency and self motivation. Also life gets in the way and when my routine changes its hard to get back in the swing of things but I am ready now. Mentally Physically and Spiritually. My strategy is to plan ahead and to not allow my emotions to dictate my physical actions. Being a mom and wife being organized is the key to sanity and if I incorporate that into a disciplined health regimen I can feel good about my health

Hey there! Thanks for Checking up on me! I havn't fallen off the planet, i try and log on every few days just to keep active, but the internet at work is so slow lately its driving me batty. Just wrote a blog about it and it took well over a minute for it to load. And trying to read other people's blogs is maddening waiting for them to open. It'll go back to normal when we getout of Dry dock, and i'll be logging on more again and catch up on what everyone has been doing.
