My Goals:
*To slim down again for race season and loose 15-20 lbs.
*Minimize consumed refined sugars/carbs
*Reduce sodium intake

My Program:
PT:
*Run 4-5 times a week
*Bike 2-3 times a week
*Swim 3 times a week
*Weight lift 2 times a week

Nutrition:
*Focus on whole foods
*Reduce daily caloric intake to create a deficit
*Balance unrefined carbs and veg. protien

Other Information:
The only tactics I admire are do-or-die
