Back on the road to fitness!

Did some backsliding, but I'm on the road again to a healthier lifestyle. My main roadblock now is getting back into the exercise habit again.

My Goals:
I have run a 5k, but would like to improve my time. My weight isn't where I'd like it yet. Still have about 20 pounds to go.

My Program:
I try to get in 6 days of cardio and at least 3 days of strength exercises. I have been doing the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. It is quite a workout. I alternate that with other exercise.

Personal Information:
I am a Kansas farmwife. I love to cook and usually have a big garden every year. I can and freeze the produce, so my family can eat healthier food.
