I have run a 5k, but would like to improve my time. My weight isn't where I'd like it yet. Still have about 20 pounds to go.
I try to get in 6 days of cardio and at least 3 days of strength exercises. I have been doing the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. It is quite a workout. I alternate that with other exercise.
I am a Kansas farmwife. I love to cook and usually have a big garden every year. I can and freeze the produce, so my family can eat healthier food.

Thanks for your answer at the SparkCoach team. Now I don't feel like I'm talking to myself. I'm sure you are right that 15 mins of exercise is better than no exercise. Today went a lot better than yesterday.
