My Goal is to lose 100lbs by 12/31/11 and return to my college weight of 160lbs.

My Program:
Drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily

Eating at least 1 salad everyday

Working out at least 60 minutes a day

Getting 7hrs of sleep

NO FAST FOOD!!!

Other Information:
I'm a Delta Diva on a mission to become half the woman I am today weight wise!!

AWWWWW Thank you sooooo much for those kind words! That really meant alot to me b/c...well, uh....i got down to 192-3 ish and now i'm back to just about 199-200 ....sigh. However, I decided to get back on track b/c i finally went back to modeling and did my first show in 5 years! I was so excited and said i know i need to get back in shape and lose a little more weight now. We can do it!!! emoticon

I saw ur post on the message board. Two things caught my attention "CPA" and "1913". I think we might have three things in common: I'm studying for my CPA, I'm a Delta, and I'm on my weight loss journey. I wish u all the best!

Just saw your comments on a board about balance. Especially like how you divided your life into 5 major groups. About scheduling 1 hour a week, is that per group? Would you please elaborate on your system? THANK YOU for sharing!
