Better, Faster, Stronger

I took a year off worrying about food and fitness in order to focus on a new job, new city, and new lifestyle. I'm relearning how to get fit now that I'm a little bit older and under some different pressures. I love booze and travel and TV and am going to find a way to have all those things, but also have some muscle definition.

I like your rules - just one caveat..........should you for any reason slip and not quite make your goal (or goals) for the day, don't despair - just reset and restart! (This has been a huge issue for me being a horrible perfectionist!)

Welcome and best wishes!
