So this needs a little UPDATING! so far this site has worked wonders and I have managed to lose 25 pounds since joining :) I would really like to lose about 10 more, but I do ALOT of strength training, so weight lose is not as easy as it once was. Now I really just want to shape my body and not really focus on the scale (though its hard not to!)

I have been up and down on the weight roller coaster for the past 6 years. I went from 250lbs down to 168, then from 168 back up to ...

I have been up and down on the weight roller coaster for the past 6 years. I went from 250lbs down to 168, then from 168 back up to 190, then from 190 back down to 170 then back up to 175...that is when I joined the spark (thanks to Dani!!!) and now I am down to 149-153 pounds depending on the day :)

My Goals:
I want to be healthy, I eat very healthy and I have for a long time, which is probably why I have not gained much weight back since I stopped workingout. I just need to be able to not order dessert everytime I go out to dinner.

I want to get to the gym at a minimum of 3 days a week.

I want to be as motivated and focused as I used to be (workingout makes me a happier person, my boyfriend tells me I am mean when I dont go to the gym)

Personal Information:
I live in chicago and I used to live in Woodhull, IL...If you have heard of it I would be shocked!

look at you hottie pants!!! you say you arent losing because of lifting weights i say i am not losing because of NOT lifting weights. HA whatever, ill try anything but i definitely NEED to be strength training! gonna do some arms tonite and hopefully wake up and run tomorrow morning... we'll see. squats yesterday KILLED my legs!!! ouch. um yea could you work out of my office again please? that was much better!

HEY! Dont diss the pancake house! That sounds awesome!!!! Just enjoy it! We just gotta do what we can right??? I have been eating ALL DAY! I want to take a bite out of my desk! For some reason, I just cant stop eating!!! GRRRR Yummy pancakes!!!
