My Goals:
I want to lose enought weight to take my daughter horseback riding this summer without exceeding the maximum weight limit of the horse (She weighs 26 pounds, so I have to lose that too)

My Program:
I am working out 1-2 days a week at 5:30 am (cardio or swimming) and 2 evenings a week doing Zumba.
1-2 days a week strength training too.
(TOTAL = 5 days a week minimum)

Personal Information:
Grew up in Cheyenne, Wyoming and now I am living in Missouri. I hope to make it back out west soon!

Other Information:
I just want to succeed. Failure is NOT an option.

Thanks for popping by my gym blog and making me laugh at it all. You are so right about those Zumba queens that think they are instructors. Hey everyone look at me! Oh well, you are right maybe they are carrying burdens and I should cut them some slack. Except for the naked tush on the bench - eek! emoticon

Thanks for your comment on my blog. I see you've been losing slow too. Looking at your exercise schedule and calories, I wonder if you could be eating too little.

Anyway yes, I do belong to the Y and I've started swimming there on weekends, but I find it so much easier to exercise at home. Getting myself over there after work on a weeknight takes a lot more effort than just doing it in the living room, and early morning before work is definitely not going to happen for me - I see you're going at 5 am! I know, excuses excuses...
