About Time

Well I've always been overweight, and recently I found out I have really high blood pressure for someone my age. I figure I'd better get in shape and change my lifestyle if I want to live a full life.

My Goals:
I'm going to try to start slow and steady. Hoping for an average of 1 lbs lost per week. Gonna get there by improving my diet by concentrating on portion control and starting an exercise plan.

My Program:
Portion control, eating more veggies, more fruit, less meat, and far less soda. Also starting to exercise a few times per week.

Personal Information:
Born and raised in AZ, and still living here. I work at a boring job, live in a boring apartment, and lead a fairly boring life. Hopefully I can lose some weight, get in better shape, and start being more active.
