Hoping to Lose a Bit of Jiggle, Get Strong and Toned!

Got down to my goal weight, for the umpteenth time, but lost control again (and again and again) and shot back up to that undesirable number on the scale (and image in the mirror). But getting back on track today! And going to hit that goal again!!! Making plans to keep it off!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose those jiggly bits and tone up! To reach that goal, I have to set smaller goals, to not overeat and if I do, forgive myself and move on instead of giving up and continuing on a downward slide to failure.

My Program:
I am trying to eat clean, lower my portion sizes, workout at least 6 days/wk. (30mins.-1 hr.), and take longer walks/hikes with my dog!
