    Seems like you have a plan for dealing with stress! I wish I was as good with it as you -- things stress me out a lot (especially laundry. what a waste of time!) I try to follow the Challenge and write in a blog, identifying triggers/stressors and ways I can deal with them.. baby steps. Also music and imagery help --

    Hey Courtney,
    I saw your reply on the Stress Busting forum -- just wanted to check in to see how you are. Your goals are very admirable and being a student I can understand that sometimes we put other things as a priority... but it's all in our heads, so we can change it and succeed! :D
