I'm a recent graduate and I'm currently working full time as well and plan on going to law school in a year or so.

I've been struggling with my weight since I can remember...I yo-yo dieted all through high school. I was a varsity sport athlete, athleticism was never an issue, it was my nutrition that was. I hid my weight issues with that fact that I could run just as fast and play just as well as the skinny/tone girl.

I tried Weight Watchers sophomore year of undergrad and it worked, but summer came and I got off track...

Then June 2008 my roommate and I decided to head back to Weight Watchers...and I have lost 35lbs since then. It's been tough with my work, class, and extracurricular schedule, but the journey has been more than worth it....

Weight:
To be down 50+ lbs by Graduation (May 17th)

Fitness:
Finish C25K Program- done
Start 100 Push-up Program
Go to a Spinning Class
Go to a Yoga class rather than do the dvd.
Run a 5K in July- done


My Program:
Currently I am doing Weight Watchers I'm given 24 POINTS.

I try to stay within 1,230-1,680 calories

I work out 6 days, i've found that if I don't work out I am more likely to snack and over indulge (especially on weekends).

I'm currently doing a half marathon regmine.
2 XT days
1 short run
1 long run
1 stretch & strength day

Personal Information:
Currently living in Southern CT.

Originally from the ADKs

Hopefully moving to the DC metro area in June.
