Anyway, I wanted to let you know, that it's impressive that you realize just how important muscle is, as we lose weight. You have done wonderful, thus far! And congrats on that new baby!!
I noticed your status (as of 6 days ago) about "trying to stay positive". Weight loss is difficult, and the progress may seem slow, but you WILL get to the goals you have set forth for yourself.
I've lost 75 pounds, myself, so I do what it is like to see the long road you're on. But something that worked great, was that I broke my weight loss into 10 pound targets, instead of just keeping my eye on the (long away) final target. So each time you make that smaller goal, you reward yourself with a little something (like a new shirt) and then move onto the next 10.
