I've started tracking what I eat daily and that makes a huge difference. I used to be afraid to write it down - but now I'm accountable to myself and it make a difference. I drink 8 glasses of water; I think about what I eat. I"m going to start a walking plan.
I just wanna thank you for taking time out of your work schedule to comment. I agree, it is so weird that we are both 46 and named the same. Your middle name wouldn't be Anne would it??? LOL I work 12 hour shifts at night in a residential facility for the mentally ill. I gotta work tonight, actually. (7pm to 7am) I will check in when I get up tomorrow afternoon. Try to update your status daily, blog when you can, track food/water daily and mooooove dat bodee! I am excited to see what you've been up to. Talk to you soon. Oh yeah...something I tell myself over and over when I wanna go back to my old abusive relationship with food is: YOU WOULDN'T LET YOUR SPOUSE CHEAT ON YOU, SO WHY ARE YOU CHEATING ON YOURSELF? It works for me.
