Fast Break Goals are:

Welcome to Spark People, I have only been here since September and I am in love with this place and the amazing people I have met. I have just over 100 lbs to lose and have lost almost a 25 lbs so far to date. With motivation and the proper tools you can and will do it!! emoticon
